Accessing the 'Client Area' is essential if you need to make any changes to your account such as upgrades, downgrades or cancellations, or if you need to view your services, domains, access your cPanel, or to contact technical support.
1 Go to the 'Lost Password Reset' page.
2 Type in your email address.
Please note The email address that you enter must be the email address that you registered with. For security reasons we cannot reset your password if you are contacting us from an unknown email address.
3 Check your emails. The site will send you an email which contains a link that you need to click onto to proceed to the next step.
4 Check your emails again. A new email has now been sent to you which contains your login details including your new password.
5 You can now log into the 'Client Area'.
