You can restore backups to your account using our Restore Wizard (see the guide here for help with this). If you wish to download a full backup of your account, please open a support ticket and ask the support team to generate you a full cPanel backup file. We’ll then place this in your home folder which you can download using the File Manager in your cPanel, or by FTP.
