You can change the WHOIS contact information for your domain through the 'Client Area' of the website. It is important to keep this information up to date at all times to avoid losing control of your domain.
The first step is to log into your 'Client Area'. Enter your email address and password into the respective login boxes then select 'Login'.
Go to 'Domains' from the top menu followed by 'My Domains'.
Click on the dropdown down arrow icon, adjacentive to the spanner icon, to open the domain options menu. Select 'Edit Contact Information' from the menu.
You can now change the respective whois contact information.
After making your changes, select 'Save Changes' to complete the update.
Please note - a WHOIS change can take up to 48 hours to take effect throughout 3rd party WHOIS databases, but typically only takes a few hours to update at the registry WHOIS.
